Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF)
The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is the spending plan that accompanies the District's budget. It is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities.
NOTE: the current year LCAP brochure and more information can be found on the Cabrillo Unified School District's website.
The Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) allows local stakeholders to have more flexibility to make decisions that best meet the needs of the students in the district. It is designed to address the achievement gap by focusing on equity for our neediest students:
-
Low Income Students
-
Foster Youth
-
English Learners
