Health and Wellness Committee

The Cunha Intermediate School Health & Wellness (H&W) Committee has been formed in order to address issues surrounding the mental and physical well-being of our students. The committee is comprised of faculty, staff, parents and students. Please see below for a list of current topics that we are addressing. First Issue: DRESS CODE

The first issue that the committee decided to address is the Cunha Dress Code Below is the objective for the committee.

The committee will develop and make a recommendation about a possible change to the school’s Dress Code. The recommendation should be ready to present to the Board of Trustees at the December meeting. Any changes that are adopted by the Board of Trustees to change the Dress Code will need to be adopted in time so that the school community can be educated about the changes and become informed of student, parent, teacher and administrator responsibilities.

 

El Comité de Salud y Bienestar de la Escuela Intermedia de Cunha (H & W) se ha formado para abordar asuntos relacionados con el bienestar mental y físico de nuestros estudiantes. El comité está compuesto por profesores, personal, padres y estudiantes. Vea a continuación una lista de los temas actuales que estamos tratando. Primer Asunto: EL CÓDIGO DE VESTIMENTA
El primer asunto que el comité decidió abordar es el Código de Vestimenta de Cunha. A continuación se presenta el objetivo para el comité. El comité desarrollará y hará una recomendación sobre un posible cambio al Código de Vestimenta de la escuela. La recomendación debe estar lista para presentarla a la Junta Directiva en la reunión de diciembre. Cualquier cambio que sea adoptado por la Mesa Directiva para cambiar el Código de Vestimenta tendrá que ser adoptado a tiempo para que la comunidad escolar pueda ser educada sobre los cambios y ser informada de las responsabilidades de los estudiantes, padres, maestros y administradores.
